The COPO Camaro will be available in 2023. The custom, which dates back to 1969 and was revived in 2012, has included honed Chevy Camaros not intended for mass production. The most recent version of the track-only race car is now available for purchase, according to a statement from Chevrolet.
The COPO Camaro will have three engine options for the upcoming year. The 9.4-liter, 572 cubic-inch V8, which was first made available in 2022, is no longer an option.
The 2023 COPO Camaro will feature Chevy’s “biggest, baddest” crate engine, so don’t worry. The 632 cubic inch (10.35 litre) Big Block ZZ632 V8 is the topic here.

At the time of this writing, the precise power ratings of this massive power plant are still “TBD,” but the crate ZZ632 V8 engine, which was unveiled in October 2021, has a maximum output of 1,004 horsepower (738 kilowatts) and 876 pound-feet (1,188 Newton-meters) of torque when using 93-octane fuel. For the COPO Camaro, we anticipate output numbers corresponding to those numbers.
The naturally aspirated 7.0-liter 427 V8 and the supercharged 5.7-liter 350 V8, which produce 470 hp and 580 hp, respectively, are additional engine choices for the 2023 COPO Camaro. For the ZZ632 V8, these engine blocks are available in a variety of body colours, including Vivid Orange.

It is a race car that was specifically designed for racing, just like the other COPO Camaros, so it is not at all street legal. It will come with a Bill of Sale but not a title or a VIN. Although doing so doesn’t guarantee them a build slot, those who are interested are free to withhold their orders. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, a $15,000 deposit is needed to reserve a unit after a build slot has been approved.
The 2023 COPO Camaro’s delivery schedule has not yet been disclosed by Chevrolet. Chevrolet provides extensive information and engine specifications on its website.
