The digital artist SRK Designs has uploaded a video demonstrating how they changed the standard Hycross into the adventure edition. Numerous changes have been made to the fascia at the front. In order to emphasise its sportiness, a rugged skid plate is added to the massive grille, which is painted in a theme of black. The chunky Toyota badging is reminiscent of other well-known Toyota trucks and SUVs from the international market.
The wheel arches are now encased in black plastic cladding on the sides, the alloy wheels have a dark theme, there is prominent side body cladding, the side pillars are black, there is a body graphic indicating mountains, a sign of adventure, and a massive luggage rack is mounted atop the SUV. The LED headlamps are quite stylish, and they remind us of the current Fortuner Legender. Overall, the appearance has been beefed up to match that daring outlook.
