Toyota Motor will drive in the Innova HyCross hybrid MPV to India later this month. It will join the Urban Cruiser HyRyder as the second hybrid offering from the Japanese auto giant.
The new hybrid Innova MPV will be introduced by Toyota Motor for international markets the following week. On November 17, the Japanese automaker is anticipated to unveil the Innova HyCross in Indonesia. For the past few days, Toyota has been teasing the hybrid version of the Innova. The new MPV’s flesh-colored appearance has now been revealed by leaked images. Two petrol engines, a 1.8-liter and a 2.0-liter unit, will power the new Innova HyCross MPV along with a hybrid or powerful hybrid drivetrain.
The Innova HyCross’s front face is depicted in the stolen photos. It has an updated grille that resembles the teaser images that Toyota Motor previously posted on its social media accounts. With chrome underlining, the new upright hexagonal grille is more dynamic. The headlight units that flank the new grille have been redesigned to be slimmer. It is difficult to predict at this time whether it will use LED technology. In order to give it a more SUV-like face, the bonnet also has prominent character lines.

The Toyota Innova HyCross’ profile has also been slightly altered to make it stand out from the current Innova Crysta models. To give it a more SUV-like profile, the roofline has a slight curve toward the back. Large wheel arches that can fit 16- or 17-inch wheels are also present.
Toyota’s TNGA platform will be the foundation for the new Innova HyCross. The panoramic sunroof on this Innova model is most likely a first. The sunroof, however, is likely to be limited to the highest-spec models. More features are anticipated to be added, including a new infotainment screen, a digital instrument cluster, a 360-degree parking camera, and ventilated seats.

The new Toyota Innova HyCross MPV is expected to have a starting price of 455 million Indonesian Rupiah, which is roughly equivalent to $23.75 lakh. On November 25, Toyota is anticipated to introduce the new Innova HyCross in India. It is likely to be sold alongside the current Innova Crysta model.
