As a Diwali gift, it decided to go all out and offer 28 cars and 29 bikes to its hard-working employees. The cars are from Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors and even Mercedes-Benz. That is quite impressive and inspiring. In fact, I feel more firms should set such motivational examples to appreciate the hard work of their employees. Sridhar Kannan, Managing Director of this organization, stated, “We wanted to express our gratitude for their (workers’) tireless efforts in driving the company’s success. We feel that our staff are our most valuable assets. Our staff have exhibited great passion and effort, and we are pleased to acknowledge their accomplishments. We choose people that are extremely driven and see buying a car or a bike as a dream. We have been giving bikes to employees, and in 2022 we gave a car to two of our top colleagues. Today, we gifted 28 cars. Some of them include Maruti Suzukis, Hyundais, and Mercedes-Benzes.”
