Maruti is testing the upcoming and eagerly anticipated Jimny SUV, which was seen donning a heavily camouflaged disguise. It is not surprising that Jimny has generated so much excitement in our market over the years. Its regular attendance at the Auto Expo and the demand for a reasonably priced 44 off-roader in our market make it a perfect product. Mahindra Thar’s enormous success must have strengthened Maruti’s belief in this product. The SUV doesn’t appear to be too far from the launch, based on appearances.
Ronendra Sapam has shared this video clip. The Jimny cannot be completely hidden by the black wrap that surrounds the SUV. On the other hand, the boxy shape, the fashionable alloy wheels, and the length of the SUV all suggest that this must be the upcoming 5-door Jimny. For a very long time, Jimny has been available in foreign markets. This 5-door version’s exterior doesn’t appear to be all that different from the regular Jimny offered in foreign markets.

However, the more useful 5-door version makes the most sense for the Indian market. This is due to the fact that Indian auto buyers always seek out the most practical choice. (cnchealthplan.com) Comparing the 3-door and 5-door versions, the 5-door version provides more interior room and a bigger boot. As a result, people will be able to use the Jimny for both regular transportation and weekend excursions to off-roading destinations. In fact, Mahindra is getting ready to release the Thar’s 5-door variant for the exact same reason.
Maruti Jimny Specs
The 1.5-liter Maruti hybrid petrol engine, which produces 103 hp and 137 Nm of peak power and torque, will also be used in the 5-door Jimny. It would connect to a 5-speed manual transmission. However, the Jimny’s hardware and 44 drivetrain would be its main advantages. This would put it in the same price range as the Mahindra Thar and Force Gurkha rivals, but slightly above the Brezza compact SUV. We must, however, wait until the SUV’s specifications are officially announced.
