Hero Destini Prime Features
It receives a basic halogen headlamp (as opposed to the LED one in the Xtec model), and the chrome pieces around the headlight have been removed. The Xtec’s backrest has been replaced with a standard grab rail in the Destini Prime. Aside from this, the Prime’s design is similar to that of the Destini Xtec. The scooter has an analog speedometer with a digital insert, as well as a USB charging plug in the under-seat storage compartment. It comes in three colors: Pearl Silver White, Nexus Blue, and Nobel Red.
Hero Destini Prime Specifications
The Destini Prime is powered by a 124.6cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 9PS and 10.36Nm and has a stated economy of 56kmpl. It has drum brakes on both ends and is suspended by a front telescopic fork and a rear mono-shock arrangement. Hero previously discontinued the Destini’s regular edition, but with the Prime variation, Hero appears to have gone back to basics, with only an extra tag to make it feel new.
The new Hero Destini Prime will rival the likes of the Honda Activa 125, Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid, Suzuki Access 125 and TVS Jupiter 125.Â
