IT Company Surprised Employee With Brand-New Toyota Glanza Hatchbacks To Its 13 Employees
At a time when large IT businesses are laying off staff due to economic worries, an Ahmedabad-based IT firm is making headlines for presenting new automobiles to its employees. Tridhya Tech, an IT-based firm situated in Ahmedabad, donated new automobiles to its thirteen workers to commemorate the company’s five-year anniversary. (Moroccosaharatourism) All thirteen workers received brand-new Toyota Glanza vehicles, a snapshot of which was uploaded on the company’s social media accounts.
Ramesh Maran, MD of Tridhya Tech, stated in an official statement to the media that the firm has achieved great success and owes it to all of its workers. He went on to say that the organisation has reached new heights of success as a result of its employees’ dedication and hard work. As a result, the firm decided to share its gains with its staff by buying them new automobiles.
According to Marand, this is not the last time the company would honour its staff; it will continue to do so in the future. According to him, it instils a feeling of belief and drive in the employees to stay involved in the firm and continue to take it to new heights. He continued by noting that all of the staff in his organisation appreciated the gesture made by their boss.
This Is Not A New trend.
Companies giving new automobiles to their staff is not a practise that has been steadily increasing in India in recent years. It’s hardly the first time a corporation has awarded its staff with new automobiles. Last year, the Chennai-based IT firm Ideas2IT gave new vehicles and motorbikes to 100 of its workers in recognition of their contributions to the company’s growth and success. Kissflow Tech, another Chennai-based IT firm, also gave brand-new BMW 5-Series automobiles to five of its senior personnel.
Employees that are rewarded with new automobiles have a stronger conviction in the organisation and a sense of job stability, which leads to improved performance and increased scalability. However, this trend and gesture observed among lesser-known Indian enterprises go counter to what the IT behemoths are considering right present, with the majority of them laying off many staff.
Savji Dholakia, a well-known diamond dealer from Surat, has made news several times for donating vehicles and residences to his staff. Dholakia gave 600 Maruti Suzuki Alto and Celerio vehicles to his staff in 2018. Those who did not want automobiles as gifts were given apartments or fixed deposits by Dholakia.
On the occasion of the new year, the diamond merchant also gave 1,200 units of Datsun redi-GO hatchback to his staff. Later, Savji Dholakia declared a reduction in the incentive and stated that he is on an austerity campaign.
