Royal Enfield Sales Reports Growth Of 97% in July 2020
Despite the second wave hit hards, Royal Enfield sales has returned to positive momentum. The company has managed to sell a total of 44,038 motorcycles in the month of July. Among them, 39,290 units were sold in the domestic market while other 4,748 units were exported.
In July 2021, Royal Enfield has exported 4,748 units, While, during July 2020, the company had shipped 2,409 units to other markets. This means that the brand has recorded a growth of 97% in exports.
The auto industry was the first to hit hard by the first Covid-19 wave in 2020 and things get worse this year after the pandemic’s spread to smaller towns and cities as well.
Royal Enfiled domestic sales, was 39,290 units in July 2021. During the same period last year, the company had registered a sale of 37,925 units. Which is a growth of 4%.

And considering the both domestic and export sales combined, Royal Enfield had reported a total sale of 40,334 units in July 2020 and 44,038 units in July 2021 which means an improvement of 9%.

With the sales of 17,377 units Classic 350 was Royal Enfield’s largest-selling motorcycle in June 2021. The is powered by a 346cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled, EFI engine (19.1bhp of maximum power and 28Nm of peak torque). The engine further come mated to a 5 speed gearbox.
Royal Enfiled is also expected to launch the new bike this month which will be 2021 Royal Enfield classic 350 and Single seat varint of he same. The new bike will be offered in colour options like green, matte grey, desert storm, and glossy dark grey.
