February Car Discounts : –
The largest carmaker of India, Maruti Suzuki is offering customers discounts on select products. These products include S-cross with highest cash discount of Rs. 37000 on certain trims. The XL6 & Ciaz get an exchange bonus of Rs. 15000 & Rs. 10000 respectively. Meanwhile Baleno & Ignis get Rs. 5000 & Rs. 20000 cash discount repectively.
Honda HR-V Patent Images Leaked: –
Ahead of the debut of second gen HR-V on 18 February 2021, new patent images have surfaced online. The new SUV features a larger grill with slimmer headlamps. It will share the underpinnings with the latest Honda Jazz. Honda is going to launch this model in China first. Even though Honda has not clearly stated if it will bring the model to India, even if it does it will have many import parts. This might make it a bit expensive than its competition.
Honda H’ness CB350 crosses 10000 sales milestone: –
Honda’s first ever roadster in India, the H’ness CB350 has sold 10000 units in just over 3 months. The bike is appreciated for its modern-classic design, refinement with build quality to match. The model is powered by 350cc; air-cooled 4-stroke engine delivering 20.8 hp & 30Nm peak torque. It directly rivals Royal Enfield Meteor 350.
Audi E-Tron GT & RS E-Tron GT Launched :-
Latest Gran Turismo models of Audi E-Tron series was unveiled today in Europe. It is based on the same EV platform as Porsche Taycan. The RS variant gives Maximum power output of 646bhp in boost mode. The presales of the vehicle will start from February 2021 priced at EUR 99800 (Approximately Rs. 88.23 Lakh) & the RS variant will be priced at EUR 138200 (Approximately Rs. 1.22 Crore)
Maruti Suzuki’s ‘NEXA’ channel crosses 13 Lakh sales in 5 years:-
Even though Nexa is the premium sales channel of Maruti Suzuki, it has managed to get more than 13 lakh customers in last 5 years. NEXA sold more than 2.3 lakh vehicles in 2020. It sold its first product, the S-Cross in 2015. Baleno, Ignis, Ciaz & XL6 are some other products that contribute to this achievement.
