Skoda Kushaq Sportline: exterior
The Skoda Kushaq Sportline is the newest vehicle in the midsize SUV market to feature blacked-out exterior packages, which are highly popular. Some of these blacked-out trims are exclusive to the new Sportline trim, while others have already been seen on the Kushaq Monte Carlo model.
Thus, features like the ORVMs, blacked-out roof and roof rails, blacked-out grille surround, front and rear scuff plates, black window line, and tailgate garnishes are comparable to those found on the Kushaq Monte Carlo. The Sportline is distinguished by new 17-inch black alloy wheels, an extra black door garnish, and a “Sportline” badge on the front fender.
Skoda Kushaq Sportline : interior
The SkodaKushaq Sportline features redesigned aluminum pedals, cloth upholstery with dual stripes, and a dual-tone black and beige color scheme. It has a 10-inch touchscreen, a single-pane sunroof, automatic wipers, full-LED headlights, and six airbags. It does, however, lack a few amenities included in the top-tier Signature trim, including as the fully digital driver’s display and ventilated front seats.
Skoda Kushaq Sportline: powertrain, specs
The Skoda Kushaq Sportline’s engine options are a 1.0-liter TSI turbo-petrol engine with 115 horsepower and 250 Nm or a 1.5-liter TSI turbo-petrol engine with 150 horsepower and 250 Nm. Only the former is offered with a 6-speed manual gearbox; both engines have the option of an automated gearbox. The 1.5-liter TSI engine employs a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, whereas the 1.0-liter TSI engine uses a 6-speed torque converter.
It’s interesting to note that Skoda completely removed the 1.5-liter gasoline-MT powertrain from the Kushaq, which was formerly available on the Signature, Prestige, and Monte Carlo trim levels. The Monte Carlo variants are now priced, ex-showroom, between Rs 15.90 lakh and Rs 18.60 lakh.
