Tata Motors Sales 81,069 In January 2023 – Report
Tata Motors India has reported that it sold 81,069 units worldwide in January 2023, including commercial and passenger cars, representing a 6.4% increase over the same month last year. (Theclickreader)
In January 2023, the automaker sold 48,289 passenger cars. The figure represents an increase from the company’s January 2022 sales of 40,942 units, representing an 18% year-on-year increase. Domestic sales were 79,861 units in January 2023, up from 72,485 units in January 2022, representing a 10% year-on-year increase.
At the Auto Expo 2023, the company also displayed the Tata Harrier EV, Sierra EV, Altroz Racer, Harrier Red Dark edition, Safari Red Dark edition, Curvv ICE, Avinya EV, Tiago EV Blitz edition, Altroz CNG, and Punch CNG.
Tata Motors has dropped the costs of the Nexon EV Prime and Nexon EV Max by Rs 31,000 and Rs 85,000, respectively, for EVs. Furthermore, the Max models now have a 453km driving range. Existing owners will be able to take advantage of the benefit beginning February 15, 2023.
