The Yaris Cross is sold with a 1.5-litre hybrid engine in the global market.

Toyota’s next launch for the Indian market will be the new Urban Cruiser Hyryder, but a Yaris Cross test mule was recently spotted in Gurugram, Delhi. Maruti tests its upcoming vehicles and components here. (motivationandlove) Toyota and Maruti Suzuki have formed a partnership and are co-developing products. The SUV was completely camouflaged in black. It’s unclear what the Toyota Yaris was doing on Indian roads. However, it is safe to assume that the SUV was brought here for component testing.

The Yaris Cross has not been seen on Indian roads for the first time. Toyota is unlikely to launch the Yaris Cross in India. The reason for this is that the SUV is nearly 4.2 metres long, and the Japanese manufacturer has already revealed its new mid-size SUV, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, which will be available soon. It makes no sense for the company to release two mid-size SUVs in the same segment.

It is important to note that the Yaris Cross is not the tougher version of the Yaris sold in India. Toyota has since discontinued production of the Yaris, a mid-size sedan. The Yaris is available as a hatchback and a crossover SUV in the international market. The hatchback is known as the Yaris, while the SUV is known as the Yaris Cross. Both vehicles appear to be very different in terms of design.

The Yaris Cross is available in the global market with a 1.5-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine and an electric motor. The engine has a maximum power output of 91 hp and a peak torque output of 120 Nm. The total power output, however, is rated at 116 hp with the assistance of an electric motor. It is paired with a CVT automatic transmission.
