Volkswagen India has revised the Taigun’s feature list. For an extra Rs 25,000, the Taigun’s GT Plus top-spec model is now available with heated front seats. Previously, this function was only available on the Topline variant, which has a 1.0-liter petrol engine as standard.

Notably, the GT Plus version is still available for Rs 18.71 lakh without the ventilated seats (ex-showroom). The trim with cooled chairs is currently on sale for Rs 18.96 lakh (ex-showroom). The addition of this feature enhances the overall offering, which already includes other cutting-edge amenities like a wireless charging station, an electric sunroof, and a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

The Taigun GT Plus model is equipped with a seven-speed DCT transmission and a 1.5-liter TSI petrol engine with idle start/stop technology that produces 148 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. However, only the Dynamic Line and GT Line models are available with the six-speed manual transmission.
