Honda introduced the CBR150R in Indonesia in two models: ABS and non-ABS. The new bike has a fresh new look, new instrumentation, a gold USD Showa SFF-BP fork, and a slipper clutch. The engine has largely remained unchanged. The bike costs between 36 and 40 million Indonesian rupiahs.
2023 Honda CBR150R Engine
The same 149cc liquid-cooled 4-valve single-cylinder engine powers the new CBR150R as before. Bore and stroke remain unchanged at 57.3mm and 57.8mm, respectively. The output figures are 17.1PS and 14.4Nm. The engine is fuel-injected and has a compression ratio of 11.3:1.

CBR150R Transmission And Suspension
It is now linked to a 6-speed transmission via an assist-and-slipper clutch. Honda uses a diamond-shaped frame to keep the CBR150R together. It rides on an upside-down Showa SFF-BP fork with a preload-adjustable monoshock attached to the swingarm via Honda’s Pro-Link system. Petal-type disc brakes on both ends with optional ABS provide stopping power. It has a front tyre size of 100/80-17 and a rear tyre size of 130/70-17.Â

2023 Honda CBR150R Design
The 2021 CBR150R is inspired by the larger twin-cylinder Honda CBR250RR. The split headlight setup remains, but the fairing design has been sharpened. The bike’s neat and slender tail section rises up to give it a sporty appearance, and the golden fork adds to the drama of the design.

2023 Honda CBR150R Features
The CBR150R has a full-digital LCD instrument panel that displays a lot of information, including fuel consumption data and gear position, in addition to speed, RPM, fuel level, and trip meters. The bike also has a slip-and-assist clutch and a Showa separate function big-piston front fork. ABS is standard on the higher-end model, and the CBR150R gets LED lighting all around.
