The 2023 MG Hector Facelift has been unveiled by the British automaker MG, which is owned by the Chinese SAIC Motor Corp. The brand-new MG Hector has been unveiled in the nation with an entirely new premium interior and a significantly altered front. The new Hector now has a tonne of feature upgrades from MG in addition to the eagerly awaited ADAS safety technology. There will be 5, 6, and 7-seater versions of the new Hector available.

2023 MG Hector Facelift Design
Starting with the front of the SUV, a brand-new front fascia has been added to the exterior changes. The front grille on the Hector is now significantly bigger and bolder-looking, and it is accompanied by much more angular surrounds that have a dark chrome finish and inserts with diamond-inspired designs. The SUV is unaltered from the sides, but it gets updated LED inserts between the taillamps in the back. New faux exhaust tips have also been added to the rear bumper.
The new Hector’s interior has undergone the most significant improvements, away from the exterior. The company has completely redesigned and reorganised the cabin of the 2023 Hector. It now has a brand-new user interface and India’s largest 35.56 cm (14-inch) HD portrait infotainment system. Additionally, it has a cutting-edge first-in-segment Digital Bluetooth Key and Key Sharing capability that will assist the owners in operating the vehicle in the event that they misplace their physical keys. The Next-Gen Hector Plus will be offered in seating options for 5, 6, and 7. The interiors come with a wooden finish and are available in argil brown and black. The 7-seater vehicle has bench seats, while the 6-seater SUV has captain’s chairs.

The vehicle also receives the brand’s most recent i-SMART technology, giving the Hector access to 75 connected features and 100 voice commands. The vehicle also includes industry-first features like touch-screen sunroof control, voice-activated lighting controls, navigation voice guidance in five Indian languages, 50+ Hinglish commands, and other practical apps like Park+ for parking search and reservation and the Jio-Saavn App for music. Additionally, MG equipped the SUV with a top-of-the-line Infinity audio system that supports wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto.
2023 MG Hector Facelift Transmission
The car will continue to be offered with the same engine options as the outgoing model in terms of the drivetrain. For the new, significantly updated MG Hector, two different engines will be offered: a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine with a 6-speed manual or CVT transmission and a 2.0-liter diesel engine with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
