To appeal to a broader audience, Royal Enfield is developing new 350cc lightweight motorcycles for the Indian market. The upcoming lightweight motorbike portfolio will target youthful and female riders in the country, as the brand is known for big motorcycles.
The brand’s future motorcycle range is expected to have a sleeker body shape as well as lower and more comfortable riding seats. According to the sources, the new lightweight motorcycle range would be the most cheap among the brand’s other items.

The new Royal Enfield motorbikes will be substantially lighter than current-generation Royal Enfield motorcycles such as the Bullet, Classic, Meteor, Thunderbird, and 650cc Twins. The premiere model in the lightweight sector, currently designated J1C, is likely to make a formal debut in the coming months.
The lightweight Royal Enfield motorcycles are also expected to debut under the “Explorer” moniker. The company is concentrating its efforts on the creation of lightweight motorcycles, taking into account recent input from female riders as well as the younger generation of motorcyclists.
