Given the popularity of pickup trucks in the United States, it’s no surprise that automakers are now focused on electric pickup trucks. The market for new electric pickup trucks is set to be crowded. Although the bulk of these electric trucks are really capable, and some are rather expensive, we believe that the range of upcoming electric pickups will soon be big enough to suit most budgets and tastes.
We’ve put up a list of trucks that will be available as early as next year, as well as those that will be accessible later. Although it’s uncertain which electric pickup truck will be available first, the Rivian R1T appears to be the frontrunner. The Top 10 Electric Pickup Trucks are listed below.

1. LORDSTOWN ENDURANCE
2021 Lordstown Endurance The Endurance is a Workhorse offshoot that will be built in a former General Motors plant in Lordstown, Ohio. Thanks to its 109-kilowatt-hour battery, the Endurance is said to have a range of more than 250 miles, a 5.5-second zero to 60 speed, and a towing capacity of 7,500 pounds. All-wheel drive and 600 horsepower with up to 4,400 pound-feet of torque are provided by four hub motors.
The Endurance pickup truck is unique in that it has four in-wheel motors that move it forward. Elaphe’s L-1500 Endurance In-Wheel Motors will power the Endurance. Furthermore, rather than being aimed at the passenger car market, Lordstown’s Endurance pickup truck is intended at a broader corporate market.
2. BOLLINGER B2
This Michigan-based company is introducing a B1 SUV as well as a pickup truck (B2). In October 2019, Bollinger announced that the B2 pickup truck would have the same starting price as the B1 SUV. Both will run you back $125,000, but that does not include any extras.
For quick charging, a CCS port is utilised, which takes 75 minutes. Because of their dual-motor architecture, the B1 and B2 will have 614 horsepower, one for each axle. The highest speed will be limited to 100 mph, and it will take 4.5 seconds to accelerate from a standstill to 60 mph. It has a towing capacity of 7,500 pounds and a carrying capacity of 5,000 pounds.
3. RIVIAN R1T
Rivian Truck is a well-funded American company with a Ford alliance and an Amazon delivery truck contract. The delivery of the R1T, which was supposed to start in June, has been postponed by rivian truck. The R1T is now scheduled to arrive in the second half of 2021. A 250-mile variant of the R1T will be offered at a later date. Electric motors will have a maximum output of 754 horsepower, a three-second zero to 60 time, and an 11,000-pound towing capacity.
All R1Ts come standard with adjustable air suspension and all-wheel drive through hub motors. Even though the R1T Explore with the ‘Large’ 300+ mile pack is sold out, the R1T Explore with the ‘Large’ 300+ mile pack is still available for 67,500 dollars.
4. TESLA CYBERTRUCK
Tesla Cybertruck is a vehicle that combines the utility of a truck with the performance of a sports car. The vehicle is built to be rugged, versatile, and capable, with outstanding on-road and off-road capabilities. Tesla is building the low-cost electric pickup because the Cybertruck will eventually be available in a 40,000-dollar single-motor version with a 250-mile range on a single charge. The Cybertruck comes with three different drive systems: single motor rear-wheel drive, dual motor all-wheel drive, and tri-motor all-wheel drive. The top model will have a range of more than 500 miles and a 0-60 speed of 2.9 seconds.
5. GMC Hummer EV
In early April, GMC introduced the Hummer electric pickup truck. The Hummer EV costs significantly more than the Cybertruck and F-150 Lightning. It will be available in a variety of configurations, with two or three electric motors producing up to 1,000 horsepower and 11,500 pound-feet of torque. You can go from zero to 60 times in three seconds if you switch to “Watts to Freedom” (WTF) mode. The battery has a range of up to 350 miles and supports fast charging at 800-volts DC. For off-roading, the Hummer pickup can be lifted six inches using air suspension.
At low speeds, the “Crabwalk” feature uses four-wheel steering to drive diagonally. The GMC Hummer electric truck will, according to the specifications,
6. FORD ALL-ELECTRIC F-150
The word “Lightning,” which Ford used to describe performance variants of the F-150, denotes that the truck will be speedy off the line in some configurations. Ford offers an onboard work crew generator, just like the F-150 hybrids. President Biden drove a prototype the day before the announcement–rank has its perks–and it was revealed that the battery pack weighs 1,800 pounds.
The new Lightning will include a lot of features that aren’t found in other electric vehicles or F-150s. In the case of a power outage, the Lightning’s battery can be used as a home power source for up to 10 days. The Lightning also features a 4.4-second zero to sixty time, making it Ford’s fastest pickup to date. Pricing would be different.
7. Chevrolet Silverado EV
2022 Chevrolet Silverado EV In November of 2019, Chevrolet announced plans to construct an electric pickup at the Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Plant, currently known as Factory Zero, starting in late 2021. Chevy wants to show off its Ultium batteries, thus an electric Silverado with a range of over 400 miles was introduced. It rides on the same electric chassis as the Hummer, and its design is based on the Silverado’s impending facelift.
The Chevrolet Silverado will come in a range of trim levels, from basic worker to bling-laden boulevardier. The truck’s launching date has been moved out to 2023 or 2024, according to Covid-19. Many details are still unknown, though the number of motors and battery capacity are believed to be options.
8. ATLIS XT
Unlike other EV manufacturers, Atlis is building its own cells and platform, which will be sold alongside the XT pickup to other manufacturers. Atlis Motors will reveal the production version later this year. The XT electric pickup truck from Atlis claims to be one of the most capable vehicles ever seen. According to the manufacturer, the car may be configured to drive up to 500 miles on a single charge by selecting the largest battery pack. The towing capacity of up to 35,000 pounds is outstanding, in addition to the long range.
The payload is said to be up to 5,000 pounds, which is a substantial quantity. Unlike the truck, the Atlis XT is a full-size truck with a 6.5 or 8-foot bed.
9. NEURON EV T.ONE
Of all the pickup trucks on our list, the Neuron EV T.One is by far the most intriguing. In fact, the business has been exceedingly coy about any and all performance data, arguing that the T.One is more about real-world performance than bragging horsepower and top speeds. Despite this, it makes our list because of one essential characteristic that distinguishes it from the competition: it’s built on a modular foundation that can be adjusted.
According to Neuron, the T.One is designed to be adaptable, which means it will come with a number of modules that may be attached and/or removed depending on the work you need the vehicle to do. A camper top, a steel high-wall bed in the shape of a dump truck, and (of course)
10. NIKOLA BADGER
Two electric pickup truck companies are named after Nikola Tesla, a historically famous physicist, which you might find fascinating and even strange. However, we believe it is far more exciting because both companies are ready to release exceptional vehicles in the near future.
While it’s unclear whether or not this will actually happen, Nikola’s claims about its potential have us hungry for a closer look. That translates to a range of up to 600 miles, a horsepower rating of up to 906, and torque of up to 980 foot-pounds. In every regard, this puts the Badger towards the top of the class, potentially causing its competitors to up their game.
