KISS’s Paul Stanley Is Auctioning Off His 2022 Corvette Convertible, VIN 001, Throws In A Guitar

Paul Stanley of KISS will auction his 2022 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible from June 30 to July 7 at Barrett-upcoming Jackson’s Las Vegas auction.

Stanley’s Corvette is VIN 001, and it’s done in Red Mist Metallic Tintcoat for the 2022 model year. A black roof, the optional Z51 package, and the High Wing Spoiler are also included. The yellow brake calipers on Stanley’s 2022 Corvette make it stand out even more.

The tan-colored leather that covers the seats, as well as elements of the dashboard, door panels, and transmission tunnel, creates a striking statement within the car. Black leather with tan-colored contrast stitching covers the rest of the cabin.

Stanley has always been a Corvette aficionado, and in 2014, he assisted in the creation of a C7 Corvette Stingray that Chevrolet showed at the SEMA Show. His first new automobile was a 1977 Corvette, and he claims he drew inspiration for his 2022 model from some of his favorite European vehicles.

Because he “couldn’t do it justice” because of its lineage and the fact that it is VIN 001, the KISS frontman is selling the automobile with no reserve. He told Barrett-Jackson, “I want to make it available to someone who might be able to get more out of it, whether it’s to add to a collection or to drive it.”

In addition to the keys to the automobile, the winning bidder will receive an autographed Ibanez PS120 Paul Stanley Signature guitar.

Stanley explains, “The guitar is another element of my existence, another piece of who I am.” “So I figured whoever got the automobile would get a piece of who I am as well.” “I’d like for someone to take this automobile and do anything they want with it, to enjoy it,” Stanley added. “I believe that joy is the watchword for every collector of anything. And my life has always revolved around the delight I can deliver to others. So there’s a vehicle and a guitar in this picture. (Xanax) “Now go have some fun.”
