Lamborghini India has delivered a Huracan EVO RWD to a customer in Meghalaya. It is the first Huracan EVO RWD to be delivered in North-East India. The sportscar is finished in a nice shade of red or as Lamborghini likes to call it “Rosso Efesto” and it costs Rs. 3.21 Crores ex-showroom. The manufacturer is working on expanding its dealership network.
“We are pleased to present the first Huracan in the north-east region of India; in the city of Shillong,” stated Mr. Sharad Agarwal, Head of Lamborghini India. We’ve seen constant growth in our volumes from non-metro cities over the previous few years.
Bringing Lamborghini to these cities has allowed Lamborghini enthusiasts to have a closer look at the brand and follow their dreams. One of Lamborghini India’s main goals has been to reach out to new areas and segments of customers who have ambitions and desires to acquire a Lamborghini.
‘Lamborghini in Your City,’ is a programme designed to deliver unique experiential drives in non-metro cities where Lamborghini lovers may enjoy the driving performance of our super sports vehicles as well as the elite lifestyle that the Lamborghini world offers. Non-metro cities are one of Lamborghini’s fastest-growing markets, and we’ll keep investing in creating experiences for our consumers in these areas to broaden our reach even further.”

Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD Specifications
The Lamborghini Huracan is one of the last automobiles with a naturally aspirated V10 gasoline engine. The majority of manufacturers have now switched to force induction. The engine produces 610 PS of maximum power at 8,000 rpm and 560 Nm of maximum torque at 6,500 rpm. It’s paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that solely sends power to the back wheels. The Huracan EVO, while being a rear-wheel-drive vehicle, can reach a tonne in 3.3 seconds and 200 kmph in 9.3 seconds. It has a top speed of 325 kilometres per hour.
Discs in the front and back of the Huracan EVO RWD handle braking responsibilities. The front callipers have 8 pistons, while the rear callipers have 4 pistons. The wheels have a diameter of 19 inches. The front ones have 245/35 section tyres, while the back ones have 305/35Z tyres. Pirelli P Zero tyres are used. Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), and Traction Control are all available.
Despite being a sports car, the Huracan comes with Lamborghinin’s UNICA application that enables connected car features. So, you can get real-time traffic information, Geo-fencing alert, car finder, vehicle status report, OTA updates and Alexa integration. Other features include Web Radio, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster and much more.
The Huracan EVO version was a considerable upgrade over the ordinary Huracan. The aerodynamics of the Lamborghini have been drastically altered. The air is channelled to the engine and brakes using a front splitter. This aids in the cooling process. The rear diffuser aids in the generation of vertical downforce, which improves the vehicle’s grip.
