The Alto K10 recently underwent a generation change. The exterior of the compact hatchback has been extensively redesigned. It has also grown in size as a result of the new platform. As a result, the cabin space has increased. More importantly, the interior design has been significantly updated. The dashboard, center console, infotainment system, door panels, and other components have all been updated to make it appear more premium than the entry-level price tag would imply.
The newly released 2022 Maruti Alto K10 features the next-generation K-Series 1.0-litre dual-jet VVT petrol engine. It generates a respectable 66 hp and 89 Nm of peak power and torque. There will be the option of a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic transmission. Maruti claims a fuel economy of 24.90 km/l (AMT) and 24.39 km/l (CNG) (MT). Ex-showroom prices range from Rs 3.99 lakh to Rs 5.83 lakh. Following the discontinuation of the Hyundai Santro, the K10 will compete in our market against the Renault Kwid.
