Triumph New 800 cc Motorcycle: Unveil On October 22

If you are a Triumph fan, mark your calendars for October 22, as Triumph has produced a teaser video on its social media platform for the launch of a new motorcycle. The motorcycle will be unveiled at the forthcoming 2024 EICMA in November.

The teaser video provides little about the new motorcycle other than the fact that it will be powered by an 800 cc engine, as evidenced by the decal on the fuel tank shown in the film. We believe it is most likely the Street Triple, which is now powered by a 765 cc inline triple mill. Increasing the cylinder bore size should result in a slight increase in displacement. In the worldwide market, the Street Triple is now the smallest displacement motorcycle among its competitors.

Expect the new Triumph to be available in India sometime next year, following its release in other markets.

There are other rumors that the new motorbike will be the Trident 660 with an 800 cc engine, or a replacement for the Tiger 850 Sport with a simpler, more accessible design and less power, making it more manageable than the Tiger 900.
