The Hyundai Creta is one of the carmaker’s most popular models in India, as well as one of the country’s best-selling SUVs. The tiny SUV hasn’t seen any major modifications since its second-generation model debuted in 2020. However, a much-needed renovation is on the way next year. The facelifted Creta will be available with the same engine options as the facelifted Kia Seltos, including a 1.5-litre petrol engine (115 PS/144 Nm), a 1.5-litre diesel engine (116 PS/250 Nm), and the segment’s most powerful 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine (160 PS/253 Nm).

Most amenities will be carried over from the current model, such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, panoramic sunroof, and ventilated front seats, but it will also have a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, 360-degree camera, and a suite of level 2 ADAS technologies.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift

Hyundai may potentially unveil a facelifted Alcazar alongside the Creta. The Creta-based three-row SUV was released in 2021, with modest design revisions and a new engine choice. The Alcazar, however new, is also in need of a makeover.

The facelifted version of Hyundai’s sole three-row SUV in India will be powered by the same 1.5-litre turbo-petrol (160 PS/253 Nm) and 1.5-litre diesel (115 PS/250 Nm) engines as the current Alcazar. It could have dual 10.25-inch monitors, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, and level 2 ADAS technologies.
