5 Famous Cars From Salman Khan Movies

Bollywood superstar and ‘Dabangg’ actor Salman Khan is celebrating his 57th birthday, i.e. on December 27, 2022. We’re sure you’ve seen him in a number of films throughout the course of his three-decade career, playing a range of characters. Since the actor is best known for his action movies, a variety of vehicles, including several well-known supercars, have starred in them.

1) Mahindra Scorpio- Dabangg Series

The ‘Dabangg’ series enthralled Salman fans with his portrayal of the UP-based rogue-yet-likeable cop known as ‘Chulbul Pandey.’ The police fleet has remained nearly intact across all three instalments of the franchise. It includes vehicles such as the Mahindra Scorpio, the Mahindra Bolero (pre-BS6 update), and a few Toyota Qualis. While the pre-facelift Scorpio was featured in the Dabangg series, Mahindra just debuted the mildly facelifted Scorpio with the ‘Classic’ suffix and a few visual and feature enhancements. In the third instalment of the popular film series, the hero and antagonist engaged in a head-to-head combat scene in their Tata Sumo Gold and first-generation Ford Endeavour, respectively.

2) Bugatti Veyron- Race 3

Race, another film series with three instalments to date, starring Salman Khan in its most recent instalment. The action film had a brilliant cast, exotic driving machines, and exotic settings. Although the film did poorly at the box office, its supercar fleet, which included the Rolls-Royce Dawn, McLaren 650S, and Ferrari 488 GTB, as well as a silver-finished Bugatti Veyron reserved for Salman’s role in the film, was a treat to witness for gearheads.

3) Jeep Wrangler Rubicon- Ready

Ready, starring Salman Khan, was released in theatres in 2011. The actor was shown driving two distinct cars in separate situations in the comedy film: one was a yellow three-door, soft top Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and the other was a bright red Mazda MX 5 convertible. The Jeep seemed to be more fitting for the ‘bhaijaan’.

4) Land Rover Discovery- Ek Tha Tiger

In his upcoming action-thriller film, ‘Radhe,’ the actor got to drive the Jeep off-roader SUV, the Wrangler, for the first time in nearly a decade. He is shown driving the five-door hard-top version of the SUV in the film. While the film did not receive great reviews at the box office, its action scene is full with excitement as Salman’s character is seen riding his motorcycle against the evil guys.

5) Jeep Wrangler- Radhe

Salman Khan’s career as a spy agent began in the first instalment of the ‘Tiger’ series, titled ‘Ek Tha Tiger.’ The film included a number of action sequences, the most notable of which was one near the end that showed him driving an older version of the Land Rover Discovery. The car chase scene is also fascinating since you can see the SUV’s roof being chopped off during the action shot, resulting in a convertible Discovery, which is a rare sight indeed, but not in the way you would want it.
