Four new paint options have been added by Ather Energy to the 450X electric scooter’s colour palette. As a result, there are now six colour options for the electric scooter: Lunar Grey, True Red, Cosmic Black, Salt Green, Space Grey, and Still White.
All paint options come with a single-tone finish and a contrasting chassis color. Additionally, the graphics and the rear mono-shock have the same paint as the chassis. While the alloy wheels come in red colour with the Lunar Grey paint option. All other paint choices, however, come with alloy wheels that are black in color.

Along with changing the colour scheme, Ather Energy also added new software to the scooter. The business has unveiled the new AtherStack 5.0, which gives the electric scooter a new user interface and Google Vector Maps. Additionally, it has an auto hold feature to strengthen the safety net and guarantee that the scooter never rolls backward or forwards on a slope. Then, the 450X range receives a redesigned seat with thicker padding that is narrower in the front, flatter in the middle, and steeper at the back.
The new color scheme is very attractive. In my opinion, the yellow-grey color of the scooter we were riding was particularly striking. It is light and airy. It is equipped with modern technology throughout. Headlights and indicator lights are both LEDs. The one-piece LED taillight at the rear remains unchanged as it still looks nice and attractive. However, we wish Ather had changed a few details, such as the small mirrors and headlight strips.
The price for each paint option is the same. The price of the 450X is Rs 1,60,205, while the price of the Plus variant is Rs 1,37,195. (both ex-showroom, Delhi).
