The introduction of the Citroen C3 Aircross has further extended the compact SUV market. Pre-orders for the vehicle have begun, and Citroen has also disclosed the full price range, which ranges from Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 12.45 lakh (ex-showroom pan-India). The cost breakdown for the French small SUV is as follows:
The cost difference between the conventional 5-seater arrangement and the 7-seater layout is Rs 35,000. The cost of the Vibe pack and dual-tone option are premium add-ons of Rs 20,000 and Rs 25,000, respectively. Both of those choices are absent from the base variant. Starting today, you may book a C3 Aircross for a deposit of Rs 25,000 online or at one of the automaker’s pan-Indian shops. The SUV will start being delivered by Citroen on October 15.
Citroen C3 Aircross Features
The C3 Aircross’s resemblance to the C3 hatchback’s appearance is one of its most distinguishing features. The headlamps that flank the grille and the slim LED DRLs on the SUV’s fascia have a similar design. It receives a big bumper, although the air dam and the skid plate below it take up most of it. It also gets cladding on both doors and a powerful rear end with C-shaped taillights and a huge bumper.
Citroen C3 Aircross Changes Over C3
Even the C3 Aircross’ cabin is similar to the C3, although with a few small changes. The dashboard design and AC vents have been changed, but Citroen has given the interior of the small SUV a dual-tone theme. The main distinction is that the C3 Aircross comes in two seating arrangements: five and seven. For situations where you have more luggage than passengers, the third-row seats are also removable.

A 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, five fast-charging outlets, roof-mounted AC vents, and manual AC are all standard on the Citroen C3 Aircross. Hill-hold assist, two front airbags, ABS with EBD, a reversing camera, and a tyre pressure monitoring system all provide protection for the occupants.
Citroen C3 Aircross Powertrain
For the time being, the C3 Aircross only has one available powertrain: a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine (110PS/190Nm) mated to a 6-speed manual transmission alone, with a stated 18.5 kmpl fuel economy. Later on, the C3 Aircross will come with an automatic transmission.

The Maruti Grand Vitara, Hyundai Creta, Volkswagen Taigun, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, Toyota Hyryder, Honda Elevate, and MG Astor are competitors of the Citroen C3 Aircross.
