Honda motocorp is the second-largest Two-wheeler manufacturer in India. Honda directly competes with the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp in the Indian Market. While the world is recovering from the Covid wave Honda Two-wheelers sales have grown by 12.09% on a monthly basis.
Honda Bikes And Scooter Sales Month on Month Basis
The two-wheeler manufacturer has managed to sell 4,63,679 units of two-wheelers in September 2021 which is a growth of 15.50% over 4,01,469 units in August 2021. But on the other hand, Honda has down the export sales by -34.70 which means 10,137 units less than the previous month. This is also because of the global pandemics of the third wave in foreign markets as well as the Indian market.

Indian two-wheeler market this year is recovering from the pandemic but still the sales this year are bad for every brand. Year on Year domestic sales of Honda is down by -7.43% this month compared to the same month last year. Honda has seen a down growth of -26.56% in two-wheeler exports.

Honda has always been working on small bikes in India and keeping more focus on bikes and scooters with 100-150cc engines. Japaness manufacturer offer range of big cc bikes in global market but in India the company is just begun exploring it. The auto major has recently launch 350cc bike in India, reviews and critics are garnering this new bike.
The company always been working toward offering complete value for money product to the customers. And festive season is just began so the company must be working hard towards grabbing customer attention. We hope Honda change the negative sales stats in green.
