Suzuki Motorcycles India today unveiled the Suzuki V-Strom SX 250cc, a new 250cc sports adventure tourer motorcycle. Ex-showroom, the new V-Strom SX has priced at Rs 2.11 lakh. In the sports adventure tourer segment, this is Suzuki’s entry-level model. The Suzuki V-Strom SX will fight in the segment against bikes such as the Royal Enfield Himalayan, KTM 250 Adventure, Benelli TRK 251, and BMW G 310 GS.

The Suzuki V-Strom SX 250cc motorcycle is designed to be a dual-purpose machine. It works well on highways, city runs, and difficult terrains. Suzuki’s Gixxer 250 motorcycle, which is already on the market in India, is the basis for the V-Strom SX. The motorcycle now has a beak design, Octagonal shaped LED headlamps, fly screen, knuckle guards, muscular-looking tank design, short upswept exhaust, LED tail lamps, and other features. The V-Strom SX features a rough and tough-looking appearance that is comparable to that of higher-capacity V-Strom motorcycles.
Suzuki V-Strom SX 250 Features
Suzuki offers a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth, USB charging outlets, and other amenities. When connected to a mobile phone through Bluetooth, the instrument cluster displays notifications such as turn-by-turn navigation, incoming call, SMS alert, WhatsApp Alert display, and missed calls. Telescopic front forks and monoshock rear suspension are standard on the V-Strom SX motorcycle. The V-Strom SX’s suspension has greater travel than the ordinary Gixxer 250 because it’s an adventure tourer. The bike has disc brakes on both the front and back axles, as well as dual-channel ABS. The motorcycle is equipped with 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, as well as 205-mm ground clearance. This motorbike has a seat height of 835 mm and a gasoline tank capacity of 12 liters.
As previously stated, the V-Strom SX is based on the Gixxer 250 and is powered by the same 249cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, oil-cooled engine. The engine produces 26.5 horsepower and 22.2 pound-feet of peak torque. It’s paired to a 6-speed transmission.
