Sedan car sales are expected to fall in November 2021. In terms of monthly car sales in November 2021, the Maruti Dzire leads the pack with 8,196 units sold. However, it was significantly lower than the previous year’s same-month sales, resulting in a 39 percent year-over-year loss. Last month, Honda City took second place with 2,666 units sold.
The Honda Amaze, on the other hand, came in fourth place with 2,344 units sold. Amaze suffered a 50% loss because the total number of units sold during the same period last year was 4,706. Tata Tigor had a fantastic journey, with a 42 percent increase in sales, with 1,785 units sold compared to 1,259 the previous year.
Last month’s lowest selling sedan was the C-segment sedan, the Skoda Rapid, with only 22 units sold, 97 percent less than November 2020. It should also be noted that there are currently 13 sedans on the market in India, but only 10 are the most popular, and Hyundai did not sell a single unit of Elantra in the previous month.
