The Toyota Hilux made its debut in the country last week, and the first batch of units has already arrived at dealerships ahead of delivery. In addition, the official accessory list has been revealed. These will be available as add-ons to the standard feature set. Here’s a walkthrough video from Aayush SSM’s YouTube channel.
The available accessories include a canopy tent, a tailgate assist, a stylish roll bar and over fender, a wireless charger, a front under-run, a Tonneau cover, and TPMS and an air compressor. These accessories not only improve the pickup’s aesthetic appeal but also increase its utility.

To name a few, the 2022 Hilux has automatic LED headlamps, LED fog lamps and taillights, dual-zone climate control, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, engine push-button start-stop, and 60:40 rear split seats. The manufacturer has equipped the SUV with seven airbags, front and rear parking sensors, a rear parking camera, and other safety features.
The 2022 Toyota Hilux is powered mechanically by Fortuner’s 2.8-litre, four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine, which produces 204hp and 420Nm of torque (500Nm in the case of the automatic model). The Hilux, like the Fortuner SUV, has a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission as a transmission option.
