Ducati Supersport 950 Is All Set To Launch In India
The Italian Motorcycle brand is all set to launch the all new Supersport 950 in India. The 2021 Supersport 950 will go on sale from 9 September. It gets a cosmetic Update similar to the new Panigale V4. The Supersport 950 is powered with a 937 cc engine. It is expected to be launched as the standard 2021 Ducati Supersport 950 and also bring along the Supersport 950 S . However, the prices are yet to be released.

Ducati Supersport 950 : Engine
The 2021 Ducati SuperSport 950 already made its global debut last year and will now finally arrive in India. The all new Supersport 950 is powered by all modern 4-valve Ducati engines. The motor now comply with Euro5 and BS6 norms and produce 110 bhp at 9,000 rpm. It rolls out 93 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. This power comes from Ducati’s Testastretta, 11 degrees, L-twin liquid cooled engine. The bike is offered with three riding modes – Touring, Urban and Sport.

Styling And Features
The overall styling of the Supersport 950 is alot influenced by the Panigale V2 and V4 and will remain unchanged in the upcoming model. The motorcycle gets a TFT screen for instrumentation. The new TFT instrument console is inspired by the Panigale V4. The electronic package will include IMU-based traction control, wheelie control, two-way quick shifter and cornering ABS.

Pricing
Although, the prices are not officially released, we expect the price of the Supersport 950 S to be around Rs. 13 Lakh. The standard model may be prices Rs 1-1.25 lakh less than the S. The The middle-weight motorcycle segment is quite popular lately. The Supersport 950 will rival likes Aprilia RS660, Tuono 660 and few more. Will it be a hit or miss, only time will tell.
