2024 Kia Sonet Facelift Launched In India

After numerous spy images and videos trending over the internet, the 2024 Kia Sonet facelift has been officially launched in India today. This is the first big update for this Hyundai Venue rival since its launch in 2020, with bookings beginning on December 20, 2023.

Kia Sonet Facelift Trims & Color Options

The facelifted Kia Sonet will be available in seven trim levels: HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, HTX+, GTX+, and X-Line, with 11 exterior color options. Glacier White Pearl, Sparkling Silver, Gravity Grey, Aurora Black Pearl, Intense Red, Imperial Blue, Clear White, Pewter Olive, and Matte Graphite are among the monotone tones. The dual-tone colors, on the other hand, are Intense Red and Glacier White Pearl with a black roof.

2024 Kia Sonet Facelift Updates

The 2024 Sonet has a reworked front fascia with inverted L-shaped LED DRLs, newly designed LED headlamps, new LED fog lamps, and a light bar on the back that spans the length of the tailgate. The inside features a new digital instrument cluster, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, Level 1 ADAS suite, new air conditioning panel, voice-controlled window function, and ventilated front seats.

Mechanically, the new Sonet will be powered by the same engines as the previous model. It retains a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine with 82bhp and 115Nm of torque, a 1.5-litre diesel engine with 114bhp and 250Nm of torque, and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with 118bhp and 172Nm of torque. A five-speed manual, six-speed manual, six-speed iMT, six-speed automatic, and a seven-speed DCT gearbox will handle transmission tasks.
