Hero MotoCorp’s entry into the EV space under the Vida brand has significantly raised expectations for the world’s largest bikemaker. Even from the Vida V1, everyone expects it to provide the renowned experience of owning a ‘Hero’ product. In order to keep its promise of creating an ecosystem of establishments that provide exactly that, it has opened its first experience centre in the heart of Bengaluru.
Hero hopes to provide EV buyers with a ‘worry-free’ EV ecosystem, with a ‘tech-first’ approach to the customer experience. The store is located on Vittal Mallya Road in Bengaluru, a posh neighborhood that attracts many young people due to its abundance of eateries and pubs. A large experience centre in this area will make it easier for Hero Vida to engage new customers. (lambertsfruit.com)
When Hero Vida recently launched the V1, we were a little disappointed by the limited number of cities where the new e-scooter could be seen, engaged with, and purchased. However, Hero assured us that it will gradually expand beyond Bengaluru, Jaipur, and Delhi.
