Kia Seltos Facelift India Launch Expected Later This Year

Kia made its Indian debut with the Seltos, and it is now preparing to launch the Seltos facelift in the country. The new Seltos facelift mule was recently spotted testing in India, with a long list of updates for buyers. While the Kia Seltos facelift will make its global debut in late 2022, it will not be available in India until the Auto Expo 2023. To begin with, the new Seltos facelift will include numerous cosmetic updates that will give it a fresh look. The front fascia receives the most changes, including a new headlamp design, new bumpers, and a new grille. The side profile remains broadly similar, but we can notice the new alloy wheel design. The back gets some noticeable changes as well. To begin, it now has new LED tail lights, revised bumpers, and updated trim elements to give it a new look. The Kia Seltos facelift is also expected to include some interior updates to improve the in-cabin experience for buyers.

The gearbox options will also remain the same as they are now. International variants may receive mild-hybrid technology to improve fuel economy. The Seltos competes with the Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Tata Harrier, and other midsize SUVs. The Korean automaker previously introduced the updated Seltos model in India, which included numerous new features, mechanical upgrades, and cosmetic updates.

A top-tier X-Line variant was also introduced, boasting many exclusive features and upgrades over the standard SUV.
