BMW K1300R Overview

The bike we Indians are very obsessed with is the Dhoom series bike and one of them is the BMW K1300R which was used by Aamir Khan in Dhoom 3. The bike has a very unique appearance and muscular looking body with that massive 1293cc engine. It can generate the maximum power of 173Bhp and 140Nm of torque. K1300R is now discontinued from the BMW portfolio and the company has no such plans to launch an updated model of the streetfighter.

It comes with an adjustable seat height between 790-820 mm while the bike weighs quite high at 243 kg. BMW claims a top speed of 266 kmph with 0-100Kmph in just 2.81 sec. The bike was one of its kind 1300 cc bike until the launch of KTM superduke 1290.
