Citroen India has announced the domestic launch of the new 2022 Citroen C3 at an introductory price of Rs. 5,70,500 for the base 1.2P Live trim (ex-showroom, Delhi). The C3 has been aggressively priced locally, as expected, with more than 90% local content. The first made-in-India model from the C-Cubed program, it is manufactured at the brand’s production base in Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, and customer deliveries will begin today.
2022 Citroen C3 Trims and Prices
The Citroen C3 can be reserved at any of the nation’s 20 La Maison Citroen physical showrooms or online in over 90 Indian cities, including those outside the dealer network. It will be covered by this direct online initiative, and you will be able to order directly from the factory. The 1.2P Feel variant is priced at Rs. 6,62,500, while the 1.2P Feel Vibe Pack, 1.2P Feel dual tone, 1.2P Feel dual tone Vibe Pack, and 1.2P Turbo Feel Dual Tone Vibe Pack are also available, with the top-end variant priced at Rs. 8,05,500. C3 Services
The French brand will provide services such as remote diagnostics and 100% parts availability through the L’Atelier Citroen aftersales network, while Citroen Service on Wheels will increase reach and availability by covering the most common repairs at the customer’s doorstep, according to the brand.
Citroen C3 Warranty & Covers
The C3 compact vehicle comes with a two-year/40,000-kilometer standard vehicle warranty, a 12-month/10,000-kilometer warranty on spare parts and accessories, and 24/7 RSA, as well as extended warranty and maintenance packages. Buyers can own a Citroen vehicle with a monthly payment starting at Rs. 11,999 that covers routine maintenance, extended warranty, RSA, and on-road financing for up to five years under the Citroen Future Sure package.

2022 Citroen C3 Engine and Powertrain
The Citroen C3 compact B-segment hatchback will compete against the Tata Punch and Maruti Suzuki Ignis in 2022. It is powered by a 1.2-liter three-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine producing 82 hp and 115 Nm and is paired with a five-speed manual transmission. The turbo version of the same engine produces 110 hp and 190 Nm and is only available with a six-speed manual transmission, as no AT is currently available.
The C3 features the distinctive styling of Citroen in global markets, including a split headlight cluster, hexagonal air intake, color-coded bumper inserts, black body cladding, faux scuff plate, wraparound tail lamps, six dual-tone colour options that are optional on Live trim, and 15-inch steel wheels with plastic covers as standard (dual tone alloy wheels optional).
2022 Citroen C3 Features and Specs
A 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, an all-digital instrument console, manual AC, four-speaker audio, USB charging ports in the front and rear, dual front airbags, reverse parking sensors, seatbelt reminder, and other features are included in the cabin.
Rear windscreen wiper and defogger, day and night IRVM, central lock or unlock button for doors, powered wing mirror adjuster, and other key features are missing. Different exterior inserts are also available through three custom packs.
