Maruti Fronx Dealer Dispatched Cars Ahead Of Car Launch – See Details
Maruti Suzuki Nexa stores have begun receiving stock of the all-new Fronx small crossover, which is set to go on sale in the coming weeks. However, the actual debut date has yet to be announced. Buyers may reserve the car by paying Rs 11,000 in advance. The Maruti Fronx will be available in five trim levels: Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha. The first three model levels are available with a 1.2L, 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. The Delta and Delta+ grades will include a 5-speed AMT transmission.
The Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha trims will be powered by the new 1.0L, 3-cylinder turbo Boosterjet petrol engine. While all of the aforementioned grades come standard with a manual transmission, the Zeta and Alpha trims will feature a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. Suzuki’s mild hybrid technology benefits both engines. While the boosterjet unit produces 100bhp and 147.6Nm of torque, the normally aspirated motor produces 90bhp and 113Nm of torque.
Fabric seat upholstery, steering tilt adjustment, 60:40 rear seat split, automatic climate control, powered windows, keyless entry and go, dual-tone interior, dual airbags, reverse parking sensors, rear defogger, hill hold assist, electronic stability program, steel wheels with wheel covers, and halogen projector headlamps are all standard features.
The top-tier Alpha trim includes a leather-wrapped steering wheel, head-up display, 360-degree camera, cruise control, 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, and dual-tone paint schemes. The new Maruti compact crossover also includes a SmartPlay Pro 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a 6-speaker audio system, voice assistance, electrically adjustable wing mirrors, steering mounted controls, wireless charger, colored MID in the instrument cluster, height adjustable driver’s seat, rear AC vents, Suzuki connected car features, a rearview camera, and other features.
