Anand Mahindra Admits Glitch On Site AD Many Fail To Book Scorpio N

After bookings for the Scorpio N opened on the internet on July 30, Anand Mahindra accepted the momentary problem in the payment procedure. Scorpio N has received a lot of interest from potential buyers who were eagerly awaiting the bookings to open. However, due to the payment failure, many people had a very negative experience. This glitch lasted roughly 10 minutes, during which time these people took to Twitter to vent their frustration. (messinascatering) Here are some of the tweets, as well as Anand Mahindra’s responses.

In our market, the Mahindra Scorpio has always been a popular product. It is now more competent and modern than ever thanks to this recent update. People fell in love with the SUV right once and waited in line to take advantage of the initial pricing deal, which was only available for the first 25,000 bookings. However, as soon as the bookings started, people swarmed to the web, causing a malfunction at Mahindra’s payment partner. The “502 Bad Gateway” error was discovered. As a result, they missed out on the opportunity to book the SUV at introductory prices, as the first 100,000 bookings were completed in less than 30 minutes.

Recognizing the problem, Anand Mahindra tweeted, “From our press release. And I’d want to reassure you that there was a small hiccup with the payment gateway provider. (westchestermachinery.com) We promise all consumers that their time stamp prior to payment is properly recorded, ensuring that each customer has their proper place in the order sequence…” People were also disappointed and begged Mahindra to play fairly as a result of this. However, Anand Mahindra’s tweet is reassuring because time stamps will be taken into account and bookings will be assigned to fair customers.
